You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons:
• Opened skincare products (face masks, body oils)
• Opened supplement products (probiotics)
• Intimate wellness items once unsealed

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: KIRENN covers the full return shipping cost.
• If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color: return shipping is at the customer's expense.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. KIRENN is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
