Returns
- 30 days from delivery to request a return
- Item unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase
- Opened skincare can't be returned, for hygiene reasons
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: we cover everything — email us within 7 days with a photo
- Changed your mind: return shipping is at your expense
- Refunds land within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return
