KIRENN is a small, independent shop built around one idea: the Korean approach to skincare is less about products and more about ritual — a few honest steps, repeated, that make skin calmer and brighter over time.
What we do
We don't manufacture. We select. Every item here is chosen from specialist makers and tested against the same short list of questions: does it do what it claims, is it comfortable enough to actually use every night, and is it priced so that a full ritual stays within reach?
When a product stops meeting those conditions, we remove it. That is why the catalogue is deliberately small.
How we ship
Our products are dispatched from our partners' warehouses. That keeps prices down and it means delivery takes 7 to 14 business days rather than two. We say so on every product page, because a surprise is worse than a wait.
What we promise
- No invented claims. If we can't verify a figure, we don't print it.
- 30 days to change your mind — more than the statutory 14 days for EU and UK customers.
- A real reply. Write to us and a person answers, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
