TERMS OF SALE – KIRENN

1. Purpose These terms of sale govern all purchases made on www.kirenn.com.

2. Prices All prices are displayed inclusive of taxes. KIRENN reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

3. Orders Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms. The sale is confirmed upon payment validation.

4. Payment Payment is due immediately upon ordering by credit card or any other available payment method.

5. Delivery Delivery times are provided as estimates. KIRENN cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of their order, without justification. In addition, KIRENN voluntarily extends the return window to 30 days from receipt for all customers worldwide, under the conditions set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
